Country music legend Willie Nelson loves a fine automobile – and the Red-headed Stranger’s fleet of hot cars includes one classic custom golf car.

According to a feature on hotcars.com, in Nelson’s substantial collection of cars is a 1981 golf car customized to look like a Rolls-Royce. Given to him by his ex-wife, Connie, the red-and-white car features a Rolls grille, full windshield, red velvet seats embroidered with his name and a built-in wet bar with buttons for different drinks. (Apparently the “w” button could dispense either water or whiskey.)

Hotcars.com calls it “perhaps the most custom, bizarrely modified, hilariously personalized steed in Nelson’s automotive stable”. It’s also been part of Nelson’s colorful past – it was seized in 1990 when he ran into some trouble with the IRS, and it came up for auction in 2012.

The golf car was featured alongside some of the Texas legend’s other rides including a 1967 Mustang Fastback, A Mercedes E-320 that he modified to run on biofuel and a 1983 Eagle tour bus tricked out with special features including landscape murals painted on the sides and an interior heavy on stained glass and red velvet.
