New Parts & Accessories SHIPPING
Tidwater Carts will try and ship every order received within 48 hours, but due to product inventory level fluctuations and backorders there may be a delay in shipping. In most cases, these items are on order and in-transit from the manufacturer and we are tracking these packages and waiting for the items to arrive. We make every effort keep items in stock. You can check the status of your order at any time by contacting us at email@example.com.
If your package arrives damaged, report it to us immediately or refuse the package. If the carrier has damaged the package in transit, they are liable and will return the package to Tidewater Carts at no cost to you. If the package appears to be intact, but the items inside are damaged you must contact Tidewater Carts within 5 business days so that a damage report can be filed with the carrier.
New Parts & Accessories WARRANTY
Tidwater Carts will not be liable for ANY cost of installation, service calls, alleged harm – both personally or materially, damages resulting from the installation of our parts, installation of the wrong or defective parts, or correct parts installed in a manner other than consistent with the instructions provided by the manufacturer. Tidwater Carts is a dealer for the parts we sell. Our parts are backed by manufacturer warranties unless noted differently.
For part warranty issues please contact our service department at 803-851-0455. A part must be returned within 30 days of ship/invoice date. Please allow 7 business days from receipt of the return to process a refund. All part warranty decisions are made by the product manufacturer and are final.
Electrical parts are sold without warranty unless noted otherwise. Electrical parts are not returnable once installed or connected to a power supply. This includes, electric motors, electronic speed controllers, switches, solenoids, relays, charge indicators, battery chargers, gauges, horn, speedometer, coils, diodes, voltage regulators/reducers, starters unless covered by a expressed written manufacturer’s warranty. The buyer is responsible for returning the item and the cost of the return to our location. All parts to be returned must be sealed/unopened and in original packaging, with no exceptions.
New Parts & Accessories RETURN
New parts and accessories are returnable within 10 days of customer receipts.
To return an item, please send us an email or contact a Customer Service Representative for a Return Authorization Number. All items require a Return Authorization Number, need to be in original packaging and be in new condition for the return to be accepted and processed. Only returns with an authorized RMA number displayed on the label will be accepted by our receiving department. Products returned without an authorized RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. To determine if your product is eligible to obtain an RMA number, please contact us. Custom or special order products are non-returnable, unless damaged due to shipping, or by our error.
Any items ordered that are not on our website are considered special order items, other non-returnable items include batteries, hardware, custom parts, custom accessories, aerosol cans and electrical items. All Special order items are non-returnable
If you received the wrong product, contact us within 10 days of receipt and we will issue a RMA number.
After the returned item is received and approved, a refund will only be issued.

Limitation of Liability: Tidwater Carts, LLC will not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages [including lost profits or down time] arising out of or relating to this agreement or transaction [for tort, negligence, breach of contract, negligence, or any other form of action] and irrespective of whether it has been advised of the possibility of any such damage. Tidwater Carts, LLC will in no event have liability in excess of the price the Buyer paid for the specific product or equipment giving rise to the cause of action or claim.
DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES: LIFETIME EQUIPMENT, LLC HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILILTY AND / OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Governing Laws: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflicts of interest principles. Any action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in State Court in Lexington County, South Carolina. All parties must submit to the jurisdiction of the court and waive any objections to venue if legal action is brought in said courts. All parties hereby expressly waive the right to trial by jury with respect to any action arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
