Red Hawk announced a 4000 square foot expansion of their Baltimore office space that will be completed this fall.
The office buildout is part of an effort to support the hands-on customer service that dealers have come to expect from Red Hawk. The new space will provide the sales, administration and customer service teams with an area for employees to train, allow for seating arrangements that facilitate team work and provide Red Hawk the ability to hire more staff when the need arises. Other endeavors to support Red Hawk’s service level include the addition of several new team members, investment in internal communication software and the upgrade of the existing warehouse management system.
